What we build
Software your customers and staff log into.
Everything below has been built and is running. The same approach that has kept our FileMaker clients for a decade — understand first, build second — applies to every app.
01
Customer & member portals
Self-service booking, statements, documents and payments — for parents, patients, members or trade customers. No software to install.
02
iOS & Android apps
A native-feeling app on both stores from one codebase, so updates ship everywhere at once and the budget stays sane.
03
Booking, league & membership platforms
Schedules, seasons, scoring, leaderboards, memberships and organiser plans — for clubs, venues, studios and leagues.
04
Online stores & e-commerce integration
WooCommerce or custom storefronts, with products, prices and stock synced from the system that actually holds them.
05
Software products (SaaS)
Have an idea for a product? We’ve designed, built, hosted and launched our own — waitlists, free tiers, paid plans, invoicing and all.
06
FileMaker-connected apps
Keep your Claris FileMaker system as the source of truth and put a modern web or mobile front end on it through the Data API.

Three of these are Jaricon’s own products — which means we’ve carried them from idea to paying users, not just to handover.

Our own products

Both lanes
An online store linked live to the stock system behind it.

- Prices & stock from FileMaker
- No double capture
- Card payments online

How it works
Working software in weeks, not months.
i.
Discover
A 30-minute call, then a short workshop to map who uses the app, what they do in it and what it connects to.
ii.
Prototype
A clickable design of the key screens within days, so you react to something real before anything is built.
iii.
Build & launch
Weekly releases to a live test link. Modern, AI-assisted development tooling keeps the pace up and the cost down.
iv.
Run & grow
Hosting, monitoring, store updates and new features on a monthly plan sized to your business.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
How much does an app cost?
It depends on scope. A customer portal on top of an existing system is a different job from a two-sided marketplace. After the discovery call you get a fixed estimate per phase, with the first phase deliberately small.
Do I need both an iOS and an Android app?
Usually one codebase gives you the web app and both store apps, so the question is mostly about store listings and push notifications rather than cost.
We already run on FileMaker. Can an app sit on top of it?
Yes — that is one of our favourite jobs. FileMaker stays the system of record; the app talks to it through the Data API, so your office keeps working the way it does today. See our custom FileMaker development service.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Hosting, domains, app store and payment accounts are set up in your name, and the code lives in your repository.
What happens after launch?
Most clients keep us on a monthly plan for hosting, monitoring and improvements. You can also take it in-house: the stack is mainstream enough that any good developer can carry it on.
